Scope of Work:

  • Global and National Case-studies for tenure models in Affordable Housing
  • Reviewing existing land tenure models for affordable housing in India
  • Suggesting alternative land tenure to augment affordable housing in select sites in the two cities
  • Conducting focus group discussions to validate and refine the suggestions
  • Based on the above:
    • Preparing Knowledge Products, and conducting an event for general dissemination
    • Training Material based on the above for the Stakeholders in two States
    • Policy Briefs for the States and Central Govt.
